Create a people filter

You can create a filter to define a group that contains a specific type of person and save the group record for future use.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework.. Under Configure, select the type of person you want to configure (Employees or Customers or Targets).

  2. Click create new filter Create new filter icon, located in the left pane.

  3. From the People Filter window is, click General, and then select the primary filter criteria to use:

  4. For customers and targets only, click Fields. Select from the Call Attributes provided to filter the list of people. Filtering by fields is not supported for employees.

    • Define a comparison operator for your search. Select a value from Contains, Starts with, Ends with, or Equals an attribute value that you specify.

    • For the attribute value used by the comparison operator, enter any sequence of alphanumeric or special characters.
      Default value: Blank
      Minimum characters: 0, Maximum characters: Unlimited

    • The list of fields is the same as those fields found under Configure, in the Fields area of Risk Management.

  5. Click Save As.

  6. In the Filter Name dialog box, type a unique name for the filter, and click OK.

    Enter any sequence of alphanumeric characters.

    • Default value: Blank

    • Minimum characters: 1, Maximum characters: Unlimited

    • Characters not allowed: Special characters

    You can now use the filter to access the same group of people.

To create a copy of the filter under a new name, click Save As, modify any search criteria, and enter a new name to represent the new search criteria.
