Delete a person

Delete the configuration for a person when you no longer need to use voice biometric analysis for that person.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework.. Under Configure, select the type of person you want to configure (Employees or Customers or Targets).

  2. Click the person you want to remove.

  3. Click delete Delete icon.

  4. From the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

    The person, along with the associated voiceprint File containing a mathematical summary of the vocal patterns of a person’s voice used in the IAFD product to assist with identity verification and detection. model, is removed from the system.
