Delete a saved search

You can delete a private, saved search when you no longer need it.

Before you begin 

You can only delete private searches. If you have published a saved search, first unpublish it to make it private, and then delete it.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework.. Under Analyze, select Search.

  2. Click My Searches.

  3. Locate the search you want to remove.

  4. Point to the search to activate the action icons, and then click delete Delete icon.

  5. To complete the deletion, from the dialog box displayed click Yes.
