Download interactions metadata from search results

You can download the metadata for the interactions displayed in your search results. The metadata are downloaded as a comma-separated values (CSV) file. Download metadata for analysis in a spreadsheet or import into another program for analysis.

Before you begin 

Search for interactions to find at least one interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. Procedure 

  1. Set the scope of the download:

    • To limit the interactions included in the download (optional), use the Refine Results feature. Only interactions currently displayed are included.

    • To limit the metadata included (optional), modify the columns. Only the metadata currently displayed are included.

  2. On the right side of the page, open the workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. shortcut menu.

  3.
