Has CTI search

Search for interactions based on the recording method. The recording method is either CTI or VOX.

Where to find

From Advanced Search, select Interactions Product that assists contact centers increase operational effectiveness and improves the customer experience through full-time recording, powerful quality monitoring, compliance/liability management, rich reports, and an intuitive, dashboard-style interface..

Field Information

Select from the following options:

  • Yes: Include only interactions associated with CTI signaling.

  • No: Include only interactions associated with VOX recording.

Usage notes

When not specified, search results include interactions for both VOX and CTI recording methods.

Create a saved search with the Has CTI filter set to Yes.
