Language search
Full-text searches use a specific language. The default language used is what you selected for full-text searches in your preferences. To see your preferred language for full-text searches, from Preferences, select the Interactions Product that assists contact centers increase operational effectiveness and improves the customer experience through full-time recording, powerful quality monitoring, compliance/liability management, rich reports, and an intuitive, dashboard-style interface. tab.
Where to find
From Advanced Search, select the Text tab.
Field information
The language that you select must match the language of the terms or phrases that you enter in the Text field. If the languages do not match, no results are returned. To override the default full-text search language, select a different language from the list.
