Publish a private search
You can publish private searches shown on the My Searches list of the Search workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program.. Published searches are shared with all users in your assigned organization.
Ability to publish is based on assigned role privileges
The privileges assigned to your role in User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. determine if you can publish searches. If you cannot publish searches, you can still use searches published by other users.
Before you begin
Create or identify a private search you want to publish.
Procedure

Go to Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework.. Under Analyze, select Search.

Select the My Searches tab.

Locate the private search you want to publish.

Point to the search to activate the action icons, and then click publish
.

Enter the Name for the search that all users in the organization see. Use a descriptive name that describes the search function.

Click Save.
The search is removed from the My Searches tab and added to the Public Searches tab. The search is now available to all users in your organization.
