Remove all displayed interactions from a folder
You can remove all displayed interactions from a folder with a single click. Interaction removal affects only the presence of the interactions in that folder. Each folder displays up to 2,000 interactions at a time. If a folder contains more than 2,000 interactions, the folder displays the remaining interactions (up to 2,000) after completing the removal.
Before you begin
Have interactions assigned to an existing folder.
Procedure

Access a folder that contains at least one interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. Click remove all displayed interactions from folder

To hide the confirmation dialog box for future bulk removal operations, click the option to "Do not ask me again for this Folder."

To complete the removal, click Yes.

All displayed interactions are removed from the folder.

If the folder contained more than 2,000 interactions, the remaining interactions (up to 2,000) are displayed.
