Remove an interaction from a folder
You can remove one or more interactions from a folder. Interaction removal affects only its presence in that folder. Before you begin
Have interactions assigned to an existing folder.
Procedure

Access a folder that contains at least one interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. Select a single item in the list.

Click remove interaction from folder

To complete the removal, click Yes from the confirmation dialog box.
