Remove an interaction from a folder

You can remove one or more interactions from a folder. Interaction removal affects only its presence in that folder. Interactions Product that assists contact centers increase operational effectiveness and improves the customer experience through full-time recording, powerful quality monitoring, compliance/liability management, rich reports, and an intuitive, dashboard-style interface. residing in multiple folders remain in unchanged folders.

If alerts are defined in the Tracking module, removing an item from a folder can result in an email message or pop-up alert for specific users.

Before you begin 

Have interactions assigned to an existing folder.

Procedure 

  1. Access a folder that contains at least one interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element..

  2. Select a single item in the list.

  3. Click remove interaction from folder Delete icon.

  4. To complete the removal, click Yes from the confirmation dialog box.
