Compare two result sets

You can generate a report that includes the results of two saved searches or categories.

Example: Comparing interactions

To investigate why some interactions were successful and others were not, you can create a Compare Two Result Sets report. This report pinpoints what was unique about the successful interactions, when compared to the unsuccessful interactions.

Before you begin 

To compare searches, verify that you have at least two saved searches.

Each of the result sets must have at least 750 contacts.

Procedure 

  1. In any of the Analyze workspaces, click Additional ActionsAdditional ActionCompare Two Result Sets.

  2. Select one of the options:

    • Saved Searches

    • Categories

  3. For Result Set 1, select the required saved search or category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions., and then click the upper arrow (Interaction Details).

    To learn more about category terms or saved search filter criteria, you can point to this icon Compare Details .

  4. For Result Set 2, select the saved search or category that you want to compare to the first one and click the arrow icon (Interaction Details).

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Type a name for your report, and then click Finish.

    The report is created and added to the Exports List in Report > My Exports.

It can take several minutes to generate this report.
