Compare Two Result Sets report details

The Compare Two Result Sets report includes information that helps you compare metrics and parameters between two result sets or categories.

The Compare Two Results Sets report includes the top 50 results ordered by ratio. Results for which the ratio is <1.5% are not included in the report.

Details	Description
Project Instance of the Speech and Text Analytics application that supports a different language or Line of Business (LOB). Name	Indicates the name of the project.
Created	Indicates the report creation date.
Query History	For a Category set, Query History contains the name of the category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. and the number of interactions that are assigned to the category. For a Saved Search set, Query History contains all the searches made (that is, terms, phrases, categories, among others), in chronological order. The number represents the result of each search.
Effective Filter	Indicates the exact filters (such as employee name, date range, duration, among others) selected for the query.
Interactions	Count indicates the number of interactions associated with the result set. Percentage indicates the percentage of interactions retrieved by the search out of the total number of interactions in the speech project. Overlap indicates the number and percentage of interactions that were retrieved from both result sets.
Query Result Metrics	Provides statistics of certain metrics of the two result sets (such as average duration, average total hold time, average number of holds, among others).
Differentiating Terms	Lists the terms or phrases in your search that are prominent to each result set.
