View terms used in same context
You can view terms used within the same context in a defined data set.
Procedure

Select Analyze > Context.

Add terms for which you want to view terms used within the same context in one of the following ways:

In the SearchInteractions Product that assists contact centers increase operational effectiveness and improves the customer experience through full-time recording, powerful quality monitoring, compliance/liability management, rich reports, and an intuitive, dashboard-style interface. field, type the terms or phrases you want.
While typing your entry, the auto-completion feature displays more words that include the same beginning letters or word stem (such as cancel, canceled, canceling). You can select a relevant term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. from this list.

Select the terms or phrases from either a filtered call set or from a specific category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions.:

To select terms from a filtered call set, select My Data Set, and set the relevant filters.

To select terms from a specific category, select the category you want from the Categories list.
The visual context mapping shows the terms that appear in the same context to each other within the filtered data set you defined.

Add the terms or terms clusters you want to the SearchInteractions field by selecting a single term, or the relevant node for the clusters.

The system displays a visual mapping of the selected terms used within a similar context in interactions, within the data set that you defined.
