Focus search using relevant terms

After viewing terms used within the same context as one another, you can analyze the context and then further investigate the business issue.

Before you begin 

View terms used in same context

Procedure 

  1. Analyze the correlation between the terms and term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. clusters.

  2. To add a term to the search field, select the relevant entity in the visual context mapping:

    • To add a specific branch of terms to the search, select that branch node.

    • To add a single term to the search, click the individual term from the term cluster.

  3. Do one or more of the following to continue your investigation of the business issue:

    • To view and listen to the interactions that include these search terms, go to Analyze > Interactions.

    • To investigate potential key drivers for the related interactions, go to Analyze > Root Cause.

    • To view the metrics and statistics for the related interactions, go to Analyze > Charts.

When you go to and between any of the Analyze workspaces, your filters and search criteria are maintained (and not cleared). You can continue your investigation from different perspectives, using different tools for analysis.
