At the top of the page, you can see the number of interactions that your search and filter criteria retrieved. In parentheses, you see the percentage of interactions out of the entire data set.

Terms in the same cluster are used in the same context in interactions.

Clusters that are close together indicate that these groups of terms are closely related, or used within the same context in interactions.

The terms that you entered in the search field are highlighted in blue.

If you click a term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. in the cluster, it is highlighted in purple. It only becomes blue after you refresh the visual context map.

You can click the arrow at the bottom of the cluster to view more or less terms within that cluster. The arrow is displayed for clusters that include many terms.

You can select a node to add all the terms from the cluster under it.
