Auto-completion

The auto-completion list displays a list of terms that begin with the letters you typed. Every term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. in the list shows the percentage of interactions in which the term was found, out of the total number of interactions in the entire project.

You can then select a term from the list to replace the one you typed.

Item	Description
Auto-completion list	Displays list of terms that match the first three or more letters in your search entry.
Term groups	Groups of terms clustered by their base term. You can click the group name to add all the terms in the group to your search. You can click the arrow next to the group name to collapse and expand the group.
Individual terms	You can click individual terms to replace your current term with a term from the list.
Volume of interactions	The percentage of interactions in which the term was found, out of the total number of interactions within the data set.
