Correlated themes

The correlated themes Groups of expressions used in Speech and Text Analytics that help users understand what is happening in their calls, without the need to know what to look for in advance. list displays your term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. and more terms that are closely related to your term, in addition to long phrases that include your term. The list guides you toward adding a more meaningful group of terms, depending on the goal of your search.

After you select a term from the auto-completion list or type a term and press the [Space bar], a list of relations Two terms found in close proximity to each other in one interaction, used in Speech and Text Analytics. and phrases appears.

Relations that include the search term. Relations include terms that are closely related to one another in interactions.

The arrow between the terms indicates that it is a relation.

You can click the relation to add it to the search field. After you select a selection, the arrow is replaced with the equivalent NEAR operator in the search field.

For example, if you select cancel Speech relation reservation, the search entry is converted to: cancel NEAR reservation

Phrases that include your search term

You can click a phrase to replace your current search term with it.

Volume of interactions

The percentage of interactions in which the term was found, out of the total number of interactions within the data set.

Group names

Groups that include phrases with your search term or themes that include the search term.

The group name is unavailable because you cannot click it to add all items under it. Click each item separately.
