Category definition export and import

You can export and import category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. definitions from one system to another or for further analysis. In addition, you can also export category definitions for backup purposes.

For example, if several sites need the same categories. You can create the categories for one site, export them to a separate file, and then import the file to the other sites.

File formats for export

ICD: Use this format to back up category definitions or to export them from one system to another.
PDF: Use PDF to export category definitions for further analysis.

My Data Set filter criteria

Some filter criteria are not available or cannot be exported/imported as is from one system to another.

Categories that are imported with invalid filter definitions can produce unexpected results.

Filter criteria	Condition
Employee list	Not supported for export/import. If one or more of these are selected as filters, the report displays them as IDs instead of names.
Employee Group
Organization ID
Switches
Custom Data	These parameters are system-dependent. If both systems have the same value definitions, filter parameters are imported/exported correctly. If the systems do not have the same definitions for these parameters, unexpected category results can occur.
Conditional Custom Data
Date Range > Time of Day
Categories	The project number and the destination project number must be the same.
