The following table describes issues you may encounter with Archive after upgrading to v15.2.

Archiving not operational after upgrade to v15.2

The most common reason for this issue is a mismatch of server names in the configuration. After upgrading to V15.2, be sure to enter the same database server names across both Recorder Manager and Enterprise Manager, using host names in all cases In Risk Management, use cases to group interactionss according to the needs of the enterprise. Interactions can reside in multiple cases simultaneously., or IP addresses in all cases, but not a mixture of both.
