Replay issues

The following table includes issues you may encounter as you attempt to replay archived content.

Content on known media not replaying

In the Enterprise Manager, access the Recording Management > Campaigns > Archive Media tab. This tab shows the status (online or offline) of all fixed media defined in the enterprise. (Removable media are listed when their status is online.)

Make sure that the media from which you are replaying content is online and accessible by at least one archive drive in the system.
