Use the Edit Language Model screen to manually activate a Real-Time Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions. Specifies the description entered for the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model at the time it was uploaded to the system. This field is read-only and cannot be edited.

Uploaded At

Specifies the time the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model was uploaded. This field is read-only and cannot be edited.

Uploaded By

Specifies the user name of the user who uploaded the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model.

If System appears here, the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model was uploaded by the Enterprise Manager application from a remote server as part of the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model activation and distribution process.

Active

Select this check box to make the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model active.

If you select this check box, the Enterprise Manager distributes this Real-Time Speech Analytics Model file on the network to any server that has an active Real-Time Speech Engine server role Entity that contains a logical, predefined set of components (system software or certified third-party software) deployed in the Data Center and Site Zones that provide specific functionality for the system.. The Real-Time Speech Analytics Model is then used by those servers to perform their Real-Time Speech Analytics operations.

You can have multiple language models active at the same time as long as each active language model Repository used with Speech Analytics and Real Time Speech Analytics that contains words for a specific language, where each word has its own phonetic representation (one or more words) and frequency grade, for the purpose of accurate word recognition and subsequently transcription. specifies a different language or vocabulary. You cannot have multiple language files active that specify the same language and vocabulary but differ only in version. For example, you can have the following three language models active at the same time:

  • English US version 1

  • English UK version 2

  • Spanish Spanish version 1

However, you cannot have these two language models active at the same time (language models that have the same language and vocabulary, but differ in version number):

  • English US version 1

  • English US version 2

You cannot deselect this option (manually clear the check mark from this check box) to deactivate a Real-Time Speech Analytics Model.

Once you activate a Real-Time Speech Analytics Model, it remains active until you select the Active check box for a different version of the same Real-Time Speech Analytics Model (language/vocabulary combination). The different version then becomes the active Real-Time Speech Analytics Model and the previously active version is automatically deactivated by the system.

When this check box is empty, the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model is not active and it is not used by the Real-Time Speech Analytics feature.
