Delete a Real-Time Speech Analytics Language Model

Before you begin 

You must have the Enterprise Manager > Language Model Management > Edit Real-Time Speech Notifications Language Models user privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access. to perform this procedure.

Procedure 

  1. Click Recording Management > Recorder Analytics Rules > Real-Time Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions. Models.

  2. If necessary, in the Description column, click the small arrow to the immediate left of Language models to expand the list of available Real-Time Speech Analytics Models. The expanded list shows all models currently uploaded to the system.

  3. Click on the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model you want to delete so that it is highlighted.

  4. Click Delete. When prompted to confirm that you want to delete the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model, click OK.
