WFM preferences

Under the Workforce Management tab for Preferences, set the application behavior related to the WFM application.

The availability of the Workforce Management Preferences tab depends on your system licensing, user roles, and privileges.

Description

Show Who Is In

When selected, indicates whether to display a column to the left of employee names in employee lists.

The column displays an icon for each employee. Colored icons indicate that the employee is logged in. Unavailable icons indicate that the employee is not logged in.

My Time Record Sort Order

Specifies ascending or descending sort order for the display order of time records.

Adherence Auto-Refresh (Today Only)

Specifies the frequency that adherence Measure used in Workforce Management (WFM) to determine how well an employee’s scheduled activities match their actual, real-time activities. information is automatically refreshed.

The setting No Auto-refresh disables the automatic refresh of adherence data on the calendar.

Example: 2 minutes

Queue Analytics Feature in Workforce Management that tracks Queue data. Queue Analytics can show the Actual vs. Forecasted metrics. Auto-Refresh

Specifies the frequency that information is automatically refreshed.

Example: 60 minutes

Note: Decreasing the time can have an adverse impact on system performance.

Schedule

Show Unavailability Events in Schedules

When selected, unavailability events are shown in schedules.

Show Timeoff Events in Schedules

When selected, time off events are shown in schedules.

Show Net Staffing in Graphical Schedules

When selected, net staffing is shown in graphical schedules.

Set the following three fields when Show Net Staffing in Graphical Schedules is selected:

Net Staffing Surplus Colors

Specifies the color to use to indicate net staffing surplus.
Default: Green

Net Staffing Shortage Color

Specifies the color to use to indicate net staffing shortage.

Default: Red

Net Staffing Neutral Color

Specifies the color to use to indicate that net staffing is neutral.
Default: Gray

Forecasting and Scheduling Calendar

On the Calendar, colors are displayed for the FTE Requirement statistic for each time interval when the Forecasted value is a defined percentage above or below the Required value.

The percentages are defined in Organization Management Module in WFO that allows administrators to set up different hierarchies to manage users from a single, unified, Web interface., under Hierarchies, and Organization Settings, in the Calendar Queue Ribbon Color Configuration section.

Queue Within Tolerance Color

Specifies the color displayed for the FTE Requirement statistic when the Forecasted value is:

Default: Green

Queue Above Tolerance Color

Specifies the color displayed for the FTE Requirements statistic when the Forecasted value is equal to or higher than the percentage defined for the parameters: Contact queue above requirements tolerance (%) and Project queue above requirements tolerance (%).
Default: Blue

Queue Below Tolerance Color

Specifies the color displayed for the FTE Requirements statistic when the Forecasted value is equal to or lower than the percentage defined for the parameters: Contact queue below requirements tolerance (%) and Project queue below requirements tolerance (%).
Default: Yellow

Queue Far Below Tolerance Color

Color displayed for the FTE Requirements statistic when the Forecasted value is twice the value of the percentage defined for the parameters: Contact queue below requirements tolerance (%) and Project queue below requirements tolerance (%).
Default: Red
