Change column order

You can customize the order of the columns displayed. Configure column order separately for search results and for cases In Risk Management, use cases to group interactionss according to the needs of the enterprise. Interactions can reside in multiple cases simultaneously. (or folders). Changes you make apply only to you and persist until you make more changes.

Before you begin 

You can also change the order of a single column by dragging and dropping the heading in the search results.

Procedure 

  1. Locate interactions using one of the following methods:

  1. Click the Column options icon icon for any column heading.

  2. Select Columns.... The Customize Columns list shows you which columns are currently shown to you and the order of the columns. The top of the list corresponds to the leftmost column.

  3. To search a list by column name, use the search field provided at the top of each list. Enter a full or partial text string corresponding to the name of the column that you want to find.

    • Search text that matches the column name displays in bold text.

    • The list dynamically updates with your search results.

  4. From the Selected Columns list, select one or more columns that you want to reposition.

    To select multiple columns that you plan to reposition simultaneously:

    • Use CTRL + click to select individual column names.

    • Use SHIFT + click to select multiple, continuous column names.

  5. To change column order, relocate items in the selected columns list. The higher up a column appears, the further left it displays in the search results. Do one of the following:

    • Drag your selection and drop it in the location where you want the column or columns located.

      All columns are positioned together where dropped as consecutive columns.

      When dragging and dropping multiple column names, up to eight column names display. If you select more than eight columns, the number of additional columns selected is indicated at the bottom of the selection list. The additional column names are not shown.

    • To move the selection up by one position, click the Move column to left icon icon. To keep shifting the selection up by one position, continue to click the Move column to left icon icon.

      To move the selection down by one position, click the Move column to right icon icon. To keep shifting the selection down by one position, continue to click the Move column to right icon icon.

      When using the icons to move multiple, non-contiguous columns, the relative positions of the moved columns is maintained.

  6. To save your changes, click Done.
