Search by enrollment ID and field values

In addition to people filters, you can search for people by enrollment Process in the IAFD product where an employee, customer, or target is registered and the system is then able to assist with identity verification and watch list detection when that speaker is on a call. ID or specific field values (customers and targets only).

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework.. Under Configure, select the type of person you want to configure (Employees or Customers or Targets).

  2. Click the icon to expand the More Search Options panel.

  3. Enter the values for person or people you want to find.

    • Enrollment ID: Search by the system-generated identifier for each person that uniquely identifies the enrollment details. An exact match of the Enrollment ID is required. Partial matches do not display in the list of people. For example, If you enter "11", then a person with an ID of "111" does not display.

    • Risk Management attribute field name: Search by the field values assigned to customers or targets. Search by the exact value or search by partial matches. For example, if you enter "404" for an ANI field, the list of people includes ANIs of "4041", "4042", and so on.

  4. To update the list with people matching the criteria entered, click View.

    To discard all search criteria, click Clear.
