Configure Employees, Customers, or Targets

After selecting a person, the Person Details page displays the information about the person. You can edit the details stored for the person.

To locate a specific type of person you can save for future use, create a filter.

The workflow is the same for configuring an employee, customer, or a target. The commands and user interface labels reflect the type of person you are configuring (employee, customer, or target).

Displays any filters you have created.

<Search field>

Enter any sequence of alphanumeric or special characters in the search field. The list updates as you type the search argument.

More Search Options

Enrollment ID: Search by the system-generated identifier for each person that uniquely identifies the enrollment Process in the IAFD product where an employee, customer, or target is registered and the system is then able to assist with identity verification and watch list detection when that speaker is on a call. details. An exact match of the Enrollment ID is required. Partial matches do not display in the list of people. For example, If you enter "11", then a person with an ID of "111" does not display.

Fields: Search by the field values assigned to customers or targets. Search by the exact value or search by partial matches. For example, if you enter "404" for an ANI field, the list of people includes ANIs of "4041", "4042", and so on.

Clear: Discards any search criteria entered in More Search Options.

View: Updates the list with people matching the criteria entered.
