Change the days until deletion for a recycle bin

Changing the days until deletion does not affect interactions already added to the recycle bin. When an interaction is added to the recycle bin, the days until deletion is determined by the currently configured value of days until deletion. If you want an interaction to have the new days until deletion value, remove it from the recycle bin and re-add it.

Before you begin

Access an existing recycle bin.

Procedure

On the right side of the page, open the workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. shortcut menu.
Click Change days until deletion.
From the Change days until deletion dialog box, configure a new value for the number of days .
- Minimum: 1 day
- Maximum: 3,650 days (10 years)
To complete the change to the days until deletion, click Change.
