Create metadata

Create a metadata entry for each metadata attribute and value you plan to detect on interactions. Each entry consists of a type, such as ANI, a value, and a description.

After defining the metadata, you must organize it into one or more watch list List that contains one of more voiceprints of people who are of particular interest to an enterprise.s before using for detection Function of the IAFD product that compares a caller’s voice to one or more voiceprints in a watch list to detect if a target is participating in a call..

Example: ANI from a known fraudster

Define the ANI using a telephone number that you suspect engages in fraudulent activity.

Before you begin

Identify the metadata and values you want to detect.

Procedure

Go to Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework.. Under Configure, select Metadata.
Click the new icon .
In the Type field, select the type of metadata you plan to detect.

After you save the metadata, you cannot change the metadata type.
In the Value field, enter the value of the metadata you want to detect. Do one of the following:
- To detect a single instance of the attribute, enter a string literal as the value. For example, to detect an ANI with a specific number you could enter, "14045551212".
- To detect permutations of values, enter a regular expression for the value and then select the Regular Expression check box. For example, to detect any alphabetic initial between two words, you could enter, "Mortgage [A-Z] Department".
Use of regular expressions is recommended for advanced users only. No validation of the regular expression occurs. Test each regular expression before deploying it widely in watch lists.
Provide an optional description that identifies the intended use of the metadata entry.
Click save .
Repeat the previous steps for each metadata value you want to create.
