Before you begin 

Create metadata

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework.. Under Configure, select Metadata.

  2. In Configure Metadata, select the name of the attribute element that you want to delete.

  3. Click delete Delete icon.

    If the metadata value is assigned to a watch list List that contains one of more voiceprints of people who are of particular interest to an enterprise., a confirmation dialog notifies you that you are deleting metadata used by a watch list.

    If the metadata value is not assigned to a watch list, a confirmation dialog is provided to verify the deletion.

  4. To complete the deletion of the metadata, click Yes.

    • The metadata definition is removed from Risk Management.

    • The metadata definition is removed from any watch lists that use it.
