GDPR and archived interactions

Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union affects data retention for the enterprise. A person can request deletion of personal data. If interactions for that person were archived, the archived interactions are removed from the system.

The removal of archived interactions potentially affects campaign usage by the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework when you have:

Archived interactions used to train voiceprint File containing a mathematical summary of the vocal patterns of a person’s voice used in the IAFD product to assist with identity verification and detection. models
Archived interactions with potential targets

Archived interactions that are removed cannot be used by the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework to retrain voiceprint models or for future target identification.
