Search by trading speaker interactions

In trading environments, use the Advanced Search feature of Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework. to search and replay interactions by interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element. type. You can locate trading speaker interactions where recorded voice actually occurred (VOX), or based on CTI data. By default, Risk Management locates both VOX and CTI interactions.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management. Under Analyze, select Search.

  2. Click Advanced Search.

    You can also access the Advanced Search window from the search results. The Advanced Search window opens with your existing search criteria.

  3. To retrieve only segments from turret speakers, switch to the interactions tab and select Trading Speaker for interaction Type.

  4. Based on whether you want only segments that contain audio (VOX-only) or CTI segments, do one of the following:

    • To retrieve only segments containing recorded voice (VOX-only), select No for Has CTI.

    • To retrieve only segments with CTI data from the switch, select Yes for Has CTI.

  5. Optional: If you know the device ID number or numbers on which the interactions of interest took place, you can filter the search by turret ID number.

    1. Switch to the Trading tab.

    2. Select Device, and then enter the device ID or range of device IDs. Select from:

      • Less than: Include all turrets with iD numbers less than a specific value.

      • Between: Include all turrets with ID numbers between two values.

      • More than: Include all turrets with ID numbers greater than a specific value.

      • Equal: Include only a specific turret ID number.

      • Not Equal: Include all turrets except a specific turret ID number.

  6. To see your search results, click Search.
