Use the New Language Model screen to upload a new Real-Time Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions. Select this check box to activate the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model. If you select this checkbox, the system will distribute this Real-Time Speech Analytics Model file on the network to every server that has an active Real-Time Speech Engine server role Entity that contains a logical, predefined set of components (system software or certified third-party software) deployed in the Data Center and Site Zones that provide specific functionality for the system. or an active Framework Applications Server role in the Data Center that provides the system’s core applications. It is a mandatory server role in the system and required for all packages. server role. The Real-Time Speech Analytics Model is then used by those servers to perform their Real-Time Speech Analytics operations. You can have multiple language models active at the same time, as long as the active language models support a different language or vocabulary. You cannot have multiple language models active if the language models support the same language and vocabulary, but differ only in version number. If this check box is not selected, the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model is uploaded and stored by the system but it is not active (that is, it is not distributed to any servers and is not available to the Real-Time Speech Analytics feature). You have the option to manually activate the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model at a later time. |

Click the Browse button to browse to and select the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model file that you want to upload. Click Open to upload the file to the system. |
Tenant |
This setting appears only in a Multi-Tenant SaaS environment. Select the tenant to which you want to associate the Real-time Speech Analytics model. You can select a specific tenant or you can select Shared as the tenant setting. If you select a specific tenant, and activate the Real-time Speech Analytics model, this model is available for selection from the Real-Time Speech Analytics Engine Settings screen of a Recorder Analytics Rule that is associated to the same tenant. If you select Shared, and activate the model, this model is available for selection from the Real-Time Speech Analytics Engine Settings screen of a Recorder Analytics Rule that is associated to a tenant with no dedicated Real-Time Speech Analytics model.
