Available Real-Time Speech Analytics Model screen reference
The Real-Time Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions. Model screen shows all models uploaded to the system and the attributes of each model.

The language that the model supports. Each model supports one language. |
Vocabulary |
The vocabulary that the model supports. A vocabulary represents a dialect of a language. Each model supports one vocabulary of one language. |
Version |
The version indicates the supported language, vocabulary, and version number. An example format for a language model version is: en_US-7 In this example:

Active |
A Yes value indicates that the model is active. The active model is the one most recently distributed by the Enterprise Manager application to every server that has an active Real-Time Speech Engine server role Entity that contains a logical, predefined set of components (system software or certified third-party software) deployed in the Data Center and Site Zones that provide specific functionality for the system. or an active Framework Applications Server role in the Data Center that provides the system’s core applications. It is a mandatory server role in the system and required for all packages. server role. Every Recorder Analytics Rule in the system that specifies this model uses this model to detect words or phrases in interactions. A No value indicates the model is uploaded and stored in the system but is not active. The model is not used by the Real-Time Speech Analytics feature. Only one version of a model (language/vocabulary combination) can be active at a time. |
Tenant |
This setting appears only in a Multi-Tenant SaaS environment. This setting indicates the Tenant to which the Recorder Analytics Rule is assigned. If a specific Tenant displays here, and the language model is active, this Real-Time Speech Analytics model is available for selection from the Real-Time Speech Analytics Engine Settings screen of a Recorder Analytics Rule that is assigned to the same tenant. If Shared displays here, and the language model is active, this model is available for selection from the Real-Time Speech Analytics Engine Settings screen of a Recorder Analytics Rule that is associated to a tenant that has no other active Real-Time Speech Analytics model associated to it. The user name of the user who uploaded the model.
