Player at a glance

The Player interface includes the following areas:

Player toolbar: Includes options to view employee and interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. Playback controls: Includes controls to adjust the volume and speed of the playback, and play, pause, or stop the interaction.

Audio waveform: Linear, color-coded amplitude representing the voice energy levels of the employee and the customer.

Screen tab: View the screens that were accessed during the interaction.

Video tab: View a video recording of the interaction.

Tags tab: View time-stamped information items that are appended to an interaction at different points of interest, either manually or automatically by the system.

Transcription tab: View interaction transcripts and additional information associated with the transcript, such as categories. When Speaker Separation is available, the transcript differentiates between the words communicated by the employee, and the words communicated by the customer.

AI Summary tab: View a summary of the interaction transcript.

Share tab: View a video recording of a participant's screen share during an interaction with multiple participants.
The order of the tabs depends on the workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. in which you are viewing the Player Application that displays recorded interaction data in audio waveform format, which is a color-coded display of the voice energy levels of the employee and customer. The Player also provides metadata about the interaction.. The visibility of the tabs depends on your permissions and the type of content that you are playing.
